- User login via password protected website
- Select item for order from drop down menu (in this case a business card)
- Input their current details
- A PDF proof is generated for approval, at the same time.
- Once approved, that's it. It's then processed. Done a few minutes that's all it takes.
- Dataharvest will allocate ref number, against budgeted cost centre and place the order into the tracking facility.
- Within the agreed delivery timetable the cards will be delivered.
More importantly an invoice will only be generated once a month or week, making it so much easier for your accounts department to process.
